Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 1 Day to process your order. Expect an email within one Day to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily at the pre-determinate time you selected when making the purchase.

An email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY: 

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for Blenheim Central only.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or text.

WEIGHT RATE SHIPPING:

• North Island:

          Orders are generally shipped within one working day using NZ Post. Delivery standard is 2–3 working days.

• Base shipping fee: $23.02 GST incl. (covers up to 3 kg) 
• Excess weight: $4.39 per additional kg
   
• South Island:

          Orders are generally shipped within one working day using NZ Post on a overnight service (working days).

• Base shipping fee: $14.81 GST incl. (covers up to 3 kg)
• Excess weight: $1.52 per additional kg

POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. 

ORDER TRACKING DETAILS:

We Will email or text you the tracking information of your order as soon as we shipped it.
