Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 1 Day to process your order. Expect an email within one Day to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily at the pre-determinate time you selected when making the purchase.

An email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY: 

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for Blenheim Central only.

Orders placed before 10pm will be delivered the next day. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or text.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (Rural excluded):

Orders are generally shipped within one working day using NZ POST, delivery standard is 2 - 5 days.

- Flat rate shipping fee of $18 applies to orders shipping to North Island (Rural addresses excluded).

- Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to South Island (Rural addresses excluded).  

RURAL FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

- Flat rate shipping fee of $24 applies to orders shipping to North Island - RURAL ADDRESS.

- Flat rate shipping fee of $21 applies to orders shipping to South Island - RURAL ADDRESS.

SPEND $90 AND GET FREE SHIPPING:

Free Shipping when spending over $90 only applies to non rural addresses. If you live in a rural address, you will only have to pay a fee of $6.00.

ORDER TRACKING DETAILS:

We Will email or text you the tracking information of your order as soon as we shipped it. 

POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.
