Return and Refund Policy

At El Kiosko, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience. 

• If you receive a product that is faulty or if we made an error with your order, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• In such cases, please contact us immediately at hola@elkiosko.co.nz 
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. We do not accept claims after this period.
• Once approved we will provide you with a replacement / exchange of the defective product.
• No returned goods shall be accepted by El Kiosko if they have been tampered with by you or any other person and are not as new.
